Olympic gold medalist Sir Mo Farah has been attacked by racist trolls online after he posted a message of Christmas goodwill for his followers on Instagram.
The middle distance runner who has more than 660,000 followers on Instagram posted a selfie of him wearing a Santa hat wishing a Merry Christmas.
Sir Mo, who is a practicing Muslim, was criticised by fellow Muslims for mentioning the Christian festival on his social media feed.
However, things would take a shocking turn when a few keen eyes spotted what many missed – and it seems that a nasty surprise was hidden in the image in plain sight, specifically meant for Melania Trump.
One critic wrote: ‘You are being given the name of our beloved prophet Mohamed and it is better to protect the honourable name and your religion of Islam.’
Another said: ‘The respect I had for you went way down. Shame bro.’ A third condemned the runner: ‘Are you serious? You are Muslim you cant do this , I’m sorry for you.’
However, more than 26,000 people have liked Sir Mo’s festive message. Source : Mailonline
Along with the Muslim backlash, over 30,000 of his 667,000 followers liked the image – but that’s not all everyone noticed. As it turns out, a few keen eyes picked up on something else. Farah’s picture may not have exactly been a holiday salutation but rather an image meant to mock First Lady Melania Trump.
Clearly seen, it seems that Farah hid a nasty surprise in the image – and all it takes is one look at Melania’s recent Twitter post, that has since been shared by Breitbart, to know why. Leaving viewers stunned, it looks like the Muslim athlete was actually mocking Melania.
Do you see the resemblance?
Earlier MELANIA TRUMP was criticised and trolled by Leftists when she used ‘Happy Holidays’ instead of Merry Christmas.
